Future – is after the labor force
A worker of the plant "Mineral Fertilizers" of LLP "Kazphosphate" Abzal Konysbaev claims victory in the Republican contest "Yenbek Zholy"
"Yenbek Zholy" was timed to coincide with the celebration of the Labor Day in our country. It is organized by the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The competition is held in three stages - the town, regional and national levels.
The Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs nominated Abzal Konysbaev - specialist of LLP "Kazphosphate" of the plant "Mineral fertilizers" to participate in the competition.
"In spite of his youth, we were confident in his victory, because he is a big professional in field, which distinguish good organizational skills, sociability and conscientious attitude to their work", - said the head of development of human capital of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Zhambyl region Bagila Abduldayeva.
Three years ago, after graduation of the Almaty Institute of Energy and Communications and acquisition of the Master Degree in Energy and Electrical Engineering at Tomsk Polytechnic University Abzal Konysbaev, he started to work at the factory of mineral fertilizers as a simple mechanic-electrician of fourth rank in the repair and maintenance of electrical equipment at the plant of sulfuric acid. Labour activity of the young officer in the course of commissioning in the workshop started with everyday cleaning and tidying. To start a new workshop, I had to work for 7 - 9 hours.
"I started from scratch, and throughout the process, I realized how difficult it is, but worked well - says Abzal. - Eight months later I was invited to the production shop number 10 as a chief of electrical laboratory".
Today three electricians of 4 and 6th rank work at the production shop of Abzal Konysbaeva. Among them Alexey Kopitin with experience of over 35 years, with whom is discussed and planned all the work. The fact that they have a great responsibility, says the fact that even the slightest mistake can lead to an emergency stop of all departments of the plant, which will cause the loss of millions of dollars and affect the volume of production. And the head is responsible for the elimination of any failure in the network mode. This field requires acquisition of new knowledge and skills in the field of relay protection and automation, computer literacy.
"I love my profession, I go to work with pleasure, - says Abzal Kambarovich. - Important role in this play a good team, with which I am lucky. Today there is a lot of talk about the role of ordinary workers. At the production unit you clearly understand that laborers are always important - both today and in the future, so I advise young boys and girls not to be afraid to start just as a laborer, it is necessary to learn every day and to work well. Those who start from the lower positions and pass all the difficult stages, understand well the working process. In addition, I take part in dual mentoring workshops and see that we have prepared a lot of young people who will be able to continue the tradition of veterans. Future is after the labor force".
It should be noted that for the second year the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs is a member of an international project of the dual education system in the city of Trier. Within the project were signed mentoring contracts with six major companies of the region, including between Zhambyl Polytechnic College and LLP "Kazphosphate".
Despite his age, Abzal Konysbaev is the mentor at LLP "Kazphosphate" and actively cooperates with the Chamber of entrepreneurs in the implementation of the dual training system in Zhambyl Polytechnic College. I passed a training course within the frames of the international project of NCE RK "Atameken" and the Chamber of Trier.
Abzal Konysbaev won the town and regional competition "Yenbek Zholy" in the nomination "Best young worker of production", is now preparing to participate in the republican. We wish him good luck!
